Anxiety Anyone?

When I feel that weight in my chest and my hands start shaking and I know an anxiety attack is coming I rub this rollerball on my chest and wrists. I do it every half hour for about 2 hours and it really helps me. I also use if before i go into social settings where i know I’m going to have anxiety issues.
